Dean Schneller Appointed Plattsburgh Corporate Counsel

The City of Plattsburgh has a new Corporate Counsel this week.. His Name is Dean Schneller. Plattsburgh Mayor Jim Calnon says on of his strengths is his focus on environmental law, “Environmental issues are issues that plague municipalities all over the place,” Mayor Calnon said, “The work that we had to do by the waterfront, the work that NYSEG is involved over on Saranac Street. We’re really looking to be sure we have the best of the Environmental World with us.” Calnon added that when Schneller was involved with his prior firm, he was assisting the County Attorney and working with legal issues, health issues in the county, A very good broad background, lots of enthusiasm and someone that I’ve had a great relationship with since we met.”
